We are a veteran owned-family ran food truck. While stationed overseas in England, we vacationed in Italy and fell in love with gelato. We knew we wanted to have an ice cream truck when we returned stateside and decided that we wanted to bring authentic gelato to America. Our family traveled to Florence, Italy where we enrolled in gelato training at Gelato Campus and were fortunate enough to train with Vetulio Bondi, President of the Florence Gelato Association. Now we make artisanal small batch gelato in our French truck and share a little taste of Italy with y'all.
